1. Account Manager

Position Objective:
To proactively manage and grow client relationships by creating business and HR value across all deliverables.

People reporting to the position:
Consultants and Associates.

Mumbai, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account management:
    • Maximize client satisfaction in all engagements.
    • Ensure all client SLAs are exceeded.
    • Partner effectively with the Client Management team in meeting client’s business goals.
    • To ensure renewal of Client contracts at better value.
  • Design and development of solutions and frameworks:
    • Create the processes, tools and controls for effectively implementing the Managed HR services solution customized to client’s business needs.
    • Build a process of review and enhancement of these solutions.
    • Train team members on effectively deploying these solutions.
  • Self Development:
    • Keep abreast of emerging functional and industry practices.
    • Invest time in learning on a regular basis.
  • Business Development:
    • Identify opportunities for revenue generation.
    • Support efforts for client acquisition.
    • Engage in market facing activities which enhance organizational image.
  • Others:
    • Support the HR Advisory engagements of the company.
    • Contribute towards improvements in The HR Practice’s methodology and operations.

Desired Candidate profile:
The candidate must have worked as a Generalist HR having covered the entire gamut of HR for a mid size to large company. Should have managed a team.

MBA/Post Graduate in Human Resources.

Work experience:
6 to 8 years of experience.

2. Associate – Enterprise HRO Services (ADEPT)

The role holder will be working as an HR Generalist, embedded in the Client organisation, carrying overall responsibility of delivering quality HR services.

Position Objective:
To ensure all HR deliverables committed to the client are executed to the delight of the Client and the standards of The HR Practice. The role requires you to continuously enhance your abilities as an HR generalist to deliver improved HR solutions quarter on quarter as well as build client confidence.

People reporting to the position:

Mumbai, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the Business Model of the client and orient all proposed HR practices to meet the Clients business goals.
  • Build a strong HR foundation to deliver value to the business.
  • Facilitate the Managers in the organization to build a strong performance culture and team bonding.
  • Proactively build direct interactions with employees and maintain healthy employee relations in the organization.
  • Institutionalize manpower planning processes in the organization and ensure all staffing needs are proactively met.
  • Enhance employee satisfaction levels through HR processes of Reward, Recognition, Skill enhancement and Fair organization practices.
  • Review and update HR processes and policies.
  • Keep up-to-date with the changing trends in business.
  • Interact with all vendors and ensure company interests.
  • Contribute towards improvements in The HR Practice’s methodology and operations.
  • Any other responsibilities which may be assigned from time to time.

Desired Candidate profile:
Should have worked for a mid size to large company as a HR Generalist or in a Business HR role.

MBA/Post Graduate in Human Resources.

Work experience:
3 to 4 years of experience.
